TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BEAUTY DREAMS LA ONLINE TRAINING.

Our courses were designed and customized with one thing in mind, providing an in-depth curriculum that provides students with a thorough understanding of Natasha Dsouza’s signature techniques from start to finish. This agreement is effective upon registration. All sales are final and are deemed non-refundable and non-transferable. By proceeding forward with the online registration and accessing the online portal, students acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Beauty Dreams LA.
Students must be sure to read and comprehend this agreement thoroughly. This agreement outlines the conditions all students must abide by while enrolled in the Beauty Dreams LA Online Courses.
It is a legal understanding stating that students have accepted and read the Beauty Dreams LA terms and conditions. The student understands that to be a recipient of certification, they must complete the Online Course.
USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT DETAILS
All registered students must be over the age of 18, unless legal consent from parent or guardian has been obtained prior to registration with Beauty Dreams LA. All registered students will be automatically enrolled in the Online Course on our platform using the email address provided upon registration. Any passwords and user IDs used for the Platform are for the student’s individual use only. The student is responsible for the security of their password and user ID and is responsible for all activities that occur under their user ID and password. The student agrees to notify Beauty Dreams LA immediately of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. Beauty Dreams LA will be entitled to monitor passwords and user IDs and, at its discretion, require students to change passwords. The student further agrees that Beauty Dreams LA will not be responsible for the unauthorized use of a student’s profile by any other person and is under no obligation to confirm the actual identity of any password or user ID. Beauty Dreams LA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a student’s failure to comply with these provisions.
LOGIN MONITORING POLICY
Each account is limited to access from 2 different IP addresses.
WE MONITOR YOUR LOGINS AND COURSE PROGRESSION.
Sharing your logins is expressly prohibited. It will result in immediate termination from the course, inability to enroll in the future courses and also possesses legal ramifications.
No refund will be granted in the event of violation.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. As such, you agree not to raise a dispute with your financial institution and/or credit card provider for the Course you purchased and which we granted you access to. By clicking on the “Pay” button you acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once the digital content has been made available for downloading or streaming. You receive access to the online course for 1 year (unless stated otherwise in the course description). If you do not wish to commence the Online Course immediately we suggest that you wait and submit your payment when you are ready to start.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
By purchasing the Online Course with a credit/debit card, you hereby authorize Beauty Dreams LA to charge your credit card or other payment card automatically for any payment(s) owing as determined by the provisions of this Agreement.
CLASS MATERIALS
The Online Course will be delivered to you online in a digital format (i.e. no physical products are shipped to you).
CERTIFICATION
A certificate of completion will be emailed upon completion of the online course.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
Beauty Dreams LA shall not discriminate based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status or age.
STUDENT CONDUCT
Inappropriate student conduct will not be tolerated. If a student behaves in a disorderly manner, they will be unenrolled from the Online Course. Disorderly student conduct includes but is not limited to disturbance or persecution towards the instructor or other students or inappropriate speech. Instructors shall be knowledgeable on these points and ensure that they are maintained.

TERMINATION POLICIES
A first offense of disruptive behavior will result in a written warning. If a second offense takes place, the unenrollment of the student from the Online Course will occur. One year following student unenrollment, reapplication will be available, however, this does not secure re-enrollment.
PRIVACY POLICY
By registering for any of the Beauty Dreams LA Academy Online Course(s), all students consent to receiving correspondence regarding online courses updates and information, as well as promotional marketing through all forms of digital/electronic correspondence including but not limited to US mail, e-mail, text messages, phone calls, and social media. Every student has the right to opt out and unsubscribe at any time.
BEAUTY DREAMS LA AFFILIATES
Each student acknowledges that by registering for the Beauty Dreams LA Online Course, in no way constitutes the authority to act on behalf of, or make oneself as a representative employees, contractor, or one of the Beauty Dreams LA Academy.

LIMITED LICENSE
Under copyright law, a limited license restricts students from sharing any of the information within this course both digital and printed. Only the registered student may download, print, save, and use any materials provided within the course.
